Design Process

Presentations with the seasonal trends are shared with Retail Brand design team.
Upon receiving buyer’s feedback, we develop CAD Tech packs for each style to make pattern to make proto samples.
Presentation of ready collection to buyers and adapt designs to their requirements.
Trail in real time of ready collection to buyers and adapt designs to their final requirements.
Sample ready to production process.

Production Process

Sourcing of approved fabric and placing order booking for fabric / other raw materials for the style.
Fit Samples using actual fabric with buyer’s given measurements.
Make Pre Production sample using all actual fabric / trims / packaging and share with buyer.
Receive bulk fabric and trims inhouse in the store. All received goods go through inventory and inspection as per international standards.
Final inspection by buyer’s appointed Inspection company.
Shipment to the Forwarder by closed trucks.
